This domain groups 11 IT processes together that focus on mangement activities that enable IT to better support the entity's business objectives.
It is not intended that every one of the IT processes is included to its fullest extent. With a clear business objective in mind, IT processes should be prioritised and the most urgent selected.
Each IT process is described in accordance with the CobiT guide. This includes a number of items (detailed control objectives) to be considered when assessing the high level control objective.
This tutorial includes a tool to:
| (i) | select the detailed control objectives appropriate to each IT Process; |
| (ii) | assess each of the selected detailed control objectives; |
| (iii) | conclude on the status of the IT Process itself. |
